This is an application written for automatic recording of complaints from customer and for providing other information like complaint status, due amount etc.

This was originally written in Borland C++ on Novell Platform, and later on ported to Windows platform using Borland C++.

This system design to help the client and the customer to make communication regarding any service.

This system is basically designed for giving any fault or error information to the service provider , and this system is a modern IVR system which allows the service provider to auto record the complaints from the customer and also providing the solution automatically by using predefined set of answers.
